About Pharmaps Medication Safety PLUS

Goals

Pharmaps Medication Safety PLUS is an application that improves safe medication prescription. The relevance of warning signals in (hospital) pharmacy information systems often depends on the clinical-chemical parameters of a patient. The application applies Clinical Rules that take into consideration the health status of the individual patient. This is made possible by integrating data from multiple data sources and the use of the reasoning engine with Clinical Rules.
